Key Competencies:
- Minimum 1 year experience as front reception or guest service agent at senior level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.(in English and Thai)
- Commitment to an exceptional guest service to high standards.
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Passion and excitement for the hospitality / service industry.
Position Purpose:
1. To assist the visitors efficiently, courteously and professionally in all front office related functions.
2. To maintains high standard of service at all times.
Key Result Areas:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally, deliver message.
- Distribute incoming fax.
- Keep all related communication equipment in good working condition at all times.
- Report the supervisor immediately if any equipment in the office need special urgent maintenance.
- Welcome visitors and keep all function rooms ready to be used.
- Ensure the function order is completed according to the schedule.
- Control the messenger schedule and stationery & daily supplies stock.
- Supervise the maid.
- Take care of any assignments added by the direct supervisor.
